ORDER PROCESSING

  • Once an order is confirmed, our team will connect with you to finalize the payment process and delivery details.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

  • As each saree is one-of-a-kind, availability is subject to stock at the time of order confirmation.

  • Order processing time may vary based on the intricacy of the saree and other factors.


SHIPPING TIMELINE

  • Domestic Orders (Within India): Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 14-21 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and logistics delays.


SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Domestic Shipping: Complimentary shipping is available for orders within India.

  • International Shipping: Charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be borne by the customer.


ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp for real-time updates on your shipment status.

  • If you have any concerns regarding tracking, feel free to contact our customer support.


DELIVERY PARTNERS

  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

  • Signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

  • In case of non-availability, our delivery partner will make up to two additional attempts before returning the package.


DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately at info@eeshani.in with your order details and photographs (if applicable).

  • Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

  • Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • For any urgent requests, please contact our team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.


CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES

  • For international orders, customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable duties before placing an order.
