Our story
Our story
I am Eeshani
Eeshani is another name for Parvati, and for every woman who carries strength and grace in the same breath. Our founders go to the printers and weavers themselves, pick one saree in every ten or twenty they see, and bring home pieces that will not be repeated.
Every piece starts with a visit. We go to the printers and weavers in Kutch and Varanasi, look through far more sarees than we bring home, and choose roughly one in every ten or twenty. What comes back to Bengaluru is a small, careful edit of modal silk, mul cotton, dola silk and Banarasi weaves.
We stock small quantities of each design and rarely reorder a print. That is the point of Eeshani: a saree that feels chosen for you, light enough for a full working day and still right for an evening or a festival. We call it luxury that moves with you.
- True direct-to-customer
