By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Eeshani is a saree label based in Bengaluru, India. These terms are written in plain language and are not legal advice.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email or message. Our designs are limited, so a piece can sell out while your order is being placed. If we cannot fulfil an item we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.

Prices and tax

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST. Shipping and any cash on delivery fee are shown before you confirm the order. Discounts apply for the period shown and may end without notice. If we find a pricing error we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery. Online payment will be added through a licensed Indian payment provider, and its own terms will apply to the payment. Orders are processed only once payment is received or, for cash on delivery, when the order is confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery is covered in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds follow our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product descriptions and variations

We describe and photograph each saree as accurately as we can. Handwoven and hand-printed fabrics vary slightly from piece to piece, and colours can look different on different screens. Such variation is part of the craft and is not a defect. Fabric care is on the product page; dry clean only unless stated.

Your account

Keep your login details private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or repeated refused deliveries.

Use of the site

Do not copy, scrape or resell our photographs, text or designs without written permission. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break into it or interfere with how it works. All photographs, text and the Eeshani name and logo belong to us or are used with permission.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, without affecting any consumer rights that give you the option of a different forum.
